Seals, Mouldings and Channels (Trimcraft)

TA1015 neoprene channel for windshields, windows and fairings is high grade, soft, flexible and oil resistant. 1/4″ slot, 1/16″ wall, 1/2″ deep, meets MIL-R-6855. Sold in 25 foot.

An impregnated cotton cord webbing used on engine cowls overlapping airframe. Not affected by cold, heat, or most solvents and chemicals. White. 15 foot roll. Mil-c-5649b.

Foam Sealing Tape.  This is an adhesive backed, closed cell  foam tape that can be wrapped around the edges of windows to both cushion an seal.  Piper used this extensively.  SP-FT116 1/4 x 1/16 x 100'

This neoprene channel  is great for aircraft door openings.  It is 3/8″ wide, has a 1/16″ wall and 1/16″ slot meets MIL-R-6855. Sold in 25 foot.

TRB5022 quarter round door seal. Small cell synthetic rubber sponge with smooth outer surfaces 1/2″ x 1/2″. Sold in 25 foot.

TA277 is a rubber u channel for window installations or anywhere a thin rubber seal is called for. 1/16″ slot, 1/8″ wide and 3/8″ deep. Sold in 25 foot.
