Shipping & Returns
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. We ship with UPS, USPS, and FedEx, all of which offer reasonable ground rates. If you live in the local area (We're based in New Castle, PA), you're more than welcome to choose the option Pick Up at Store and we will hold your purchase at the counter (if you know what day you will be in, leave it in the comments, that way we can make sure it's ready when you arrive). You may also choose an expedited shipping method with either UPS or FedEx if you need your items before the day range on the following maps. In addition to these options, we will also ship your items on your FedEx or UPS account, all you have to do is provide the account number in the provided space. Also, don't forget to take advantage of our free shipping! We offer free shipping to all of the 48 continental states. For more information and the code, please see below the images.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Expedited Shipping (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day and FedEx Overnight or 2 Day)
Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next business day.
UPS and FedEx do not pick up on Saturday or Sunday, so all weekend orders will ship on Monday.
Free Shipping (USA only) Large orders may be eligible for Free Shipping. Please call customer service (800 652 5546) for additional information.
We can ship to almost any destination in the world. International customers must understand that all packages are shipped after a (3) day Review period and must clear customs in your country. The amount of time to do so varies from country to country and we have no control of the package during that time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from SkySupplyUSA, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
You must call or email for an RMA number. No refunds on unauthorized returns.
We offer a 30 day return period. Returned items must be in "brand new" condition and in its undamaged original packaging to be eligible for return. Spark plugs must be in their sealed plastic sleeves. Opened sleeved spark plugs are not returnable. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective products.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that computer software that has been opened cannot be returned. Defective software will be replaced with the same product as purchased. All shipping charges will be paid by the buyer. Refunds cannot be guaranteed for non-trackable shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
