How do I place an order?
You can place an order online by clicking "add to cart" on the product you wish to purchase. You may then shop for other products until you are ready to checkout. We require all customers to order using a credit card. As soon as your payment is verified, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
 
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return period. The item must be in brand-new condition and in its original packaging to be elligible for return. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective products. Computer software must be unopened to be eligible for return. Defective software will be replaced with the same product as purchased. Please contact us if you plan on returning a product, so we can instruct you on the proper procedures. You must tell us your name, product number, invoice number, and your reason for the return. All shipping charges will be paid by the buyer. Refunds cannot be guaranteed for non-trackable shipping. Your refund will be processed upon the receipt of the item.
 
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 30 day warranty against defective products and products delivered in damaged condition. We do not offer refunds, only echanges for a replacement. Please contact us if you plan on returning a product under warranty, so we can instruct you on the proper procedures. You must tell us your name, product number, invoice number, and your reason for the return. Replacements cannot be guaranteed for non-trackable shipping. Your replacement will be sent upon receipt of the item.

How much is shipping?
We ship all of our items via the USPS at cost plus a $3.00 handling fee. There is free shipping on all orders over $200.00 shipped to the US (oil excluded) not including the handling fee.
 
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped on the next business day via USPS or UPS if your item is in stock. The exception to this is if your item is backordered. We will contact you if this is the case, and the item will be shipped as soon as we get it in stock.

Is it safe to order online?
Simply put, ordering online is safer than ordering by the phone or by mail. All your information is transfered over a secure connection to a protected 128-bit ecrypted server. Because mail and phone orders are not encrypted, they are subject to loss, eavesdropping, and theft. If, in the off-chance, you find unauthorized credit card use on your statement, we will reimburse you for up to US $50.00—the maximum amount banks can charge you for unauthorized credit card use under the Fair Credit Billing Act.
 
How do I pay for my order?

We accept only credit card payments and money orders as payment for your order. Money orders can be sent to the our address found here. Please include your name, product number, and invoice number when sending a money order.Your item will be sent as soon as we receive the payment. Credit card payments are done automatically through our checkout system, and they are the prefered method.

 
Do I have to be around for delivery?
It is the customer's responsibilty to be available for all deliveries. We are not responsible for any package stolen from a customers home or workplace. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages after USPS or UPS has picked up the package from our shipping center. We will help customers with claims against USPS or UPS, but are not responsible for lost orders. No refunds or credits will be given for lost or stolen orders.
