(Concorde CB24-11M) Concorde batteries are standard equipment in many production aircraft and are manufactured to provide optimum performance and battery life. Concorde batteries are furnished with electrolyte, except overseas. The designation "M" in part no. indicates manifold venting. Manifold-vented batteries do not require a battery box. A tube attaches to battery manifold to vent gasses to the outside of the aircraft.

Description of the CB24-11M Aircraft Battery:
The CB Series are dry charged lead acid batteries. Indefinite shelf life until activated with electrolyte. (See Accessories page for electrolyte and Concorde`s FR-1 aircraft battery hydrometer). The CB24-11M features a manifold to facilitate direct replacement of the originally designed manifold vented battery. Patented copper alloy terminals for low resistance without corrosion. High impact polypropylene container and cover. If ordered as a Value Pack (VP), the required amount of electrolyte is over packed separately inside the shipping container with the battery.
Value Packs are classified as ORM-D and shipped as a consumer commodity. (Click on Battery Transportation Information at the bottom of this page for details)
Dry charged CB batteries WITHOUT electrolyte ship as non-hazardous material - HAZMAT EXEMPT
